2. How the session works

Before the test

  • Your DI-Africa recruiter sends you the test link, usually after a first conversation about your application.
  • Allow 45 uninterrupted minutes in a quiet place with a stable connection. A computer is recommended; a phone also works.
  • Have a calculator and scrap paper ready.
  • Need an adjustment (disability, reading difficulty, very limited connection)? Tell your recruiter before the test and we will find a solution.

During the test

  1. Welcome: read the general instructions.
  2. Your details: name, email, country, type of position and consent to the processing of your answers.
  3. The 7 modules, one per page, each with its own instructions. The 45-minute timer is shown at the top of the screen.
  4. End of the test: you submit the last page, or time runs out and your answers are saved automatically.

Test rules

  • Take the test alone, without outside help or online searches.
  • You can go back to previous pages as long as time remains.
  • Answer every question: wrong answers cost no points, except in the Attention and accuracy module.
  • For work style, answer spontaneously: there are no right or wrong answers.
