4. Feedback on your results
Who sees your results?
Only the DI-Africa recruiters handling your application and, with your consent, the hiring manager at our client. Your detailed answers are never shared, only a summary.
How your results are calculated
- Reasoning modules (numerical, verbal, logical, mechanical): percentage of correct answers.
- Attention and accuracy: correct answers minus errors, so accuracy counts as much as speed.
- Situational judgement: one point each time your choice matches that of a panel of experienced professionals.
- Work style: a profile across five dimensions (conscientiousness, composure under pressure, cooperation, adaptability, safety mindset), from 1 to 5, with no “good” or “bad” score.
| Result | Range | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Very good | 80% and above | Clear strength for the role |
| Good | 60–79% | Expected level |
| Average | 40–59% | To explore at interview |
| Needs development | below 40% | Area for development |
These ranges will be refined as we compare results with those of candidates at the same job level.
The feedback session
- After reviewing your results, your recruiter offers a 20–30 minute session, in person, by phone or by video call.
- They go through the summary: your strengths, the points to explore further and your work-style profile.
- You can comment on your results and give concrete examples from your experience: they are taken into account.
- Any points to check are explored at interview. On their own they never rule you out.
How results are used
The test is one input among others, read alongside your CV, references and interviews. A hiring decision is never based on the score alone.
Your data
Your answers are kept for no more than 12 months, only for this recruitment, in line with applicable personal data protection rules. You may ask your recruiter at any time to see, correct or delete them.
